Biography

After graduating from the engineering school ENSAIT (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Industries Textiles) in 2011, I began a PhD thesis in the « Osteoarticular and Dental Regenerative NanoMedicine » team of UMR 1109 directed by Dr Nadia Jessel. My work is now focused on regenerative nanomedicine and particularly in the field of bone regeneration. Coming from an engineering background, I am developing a nanofibrous 3D implant made of poly(ɛ-caprolactone) thanks to the electrospinning technique. Electrospinning is one of the techniques that allow the manufacturing of nanofibrous and microporous scaffolds that can be adapted and used in tissue engineering and regenerative nanomedicine. Developing innovative technologies, which could be commercialized and used in clinic to improve patient health, is our goal.
